You're free to use any of them on Cas, Phil or Kobra. I don't think the emotion thing would work on Cas, though.

Kobra's brain is a little rattled to anyone who takes a good look at it. He's died a few times to the point of being loaded into a body bag for some length of time. He was obviously brought back by some technological means, but the fact of the matter is that he was dead and his brain has suffered or it. His memories have holes in them and in general, anyone who can look inside his head will get a sense of disarray and distress.
